Follow-up: What You Should Know About the Presidential Proclamation

According to the updates we're hearing from the administration, it appears that the $100,000 fee may not apply to individuals who already have H-1B approvals and visa stamps. So if you're outside the US and have not been able to return today (9/20), then based on this information, you should be able to return to the US even after that.
