Retention starts with sponsorship

You’ve already spent time and money recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training your top people. Those with green cards in process stay more committed to their employers and are far less likely to entertain outside offers.

The standard green card path runs through PERM labor certification before the I-140 immigrant petition, with adjustment of status or consular processing as the final stage. PERM alone often takes 12 to 18 months, and country-based wait times can extend things further.

We help you decide when to begin and choose between EB-2 and EB-3 based on the role. For exceptional employees, we evaluate EB-1 categories that can skip PERM entirely.
