Samantha Edlich

Samantha Edlich brings nearly 13 years of U.S. immigration experience to Serotte Immigration Partners, with deep expertise in both employment-based and family-based matters. She has handled a full range of immigration work, from H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN and E-3 petitions to EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 green card cases, adjustment of status, consular processing and naturalization.

Before joining Serotte, Sam spent more than a decade at a Western New York immigration firm. As Senior Paralegal Manager there, she managed a full caseload and led a team of six paralegals and legal assistants, reviewing their work, mentoring new team members and helping keep complex cases on track. She was also a primary contact for some of the firm's largest corporate clients. Clients and colleagues alike rely on her for her organization, her attention to detail and her clear, steady communication throughout what can be a stressful process.

When she's not working, you'll find Sam spending time with her husband and three children, working in her garden, sewing, embroidering, reading or binge-watching the latest hit TV show.
