Raghavan Nagarajan

Raghavan is a partner at Serotte Immigration Partners, bringing a diverse set of skills, training, experience, and talent.  His undergraduate education is from SUNY Buffalo, having majored in mathematics and political science. In 2008, he received his Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law.  Prior to Serotte Law, his legal experience includes interning with a United States District Court, and working as a litigation associate with Foley & Hoag in Boston.  Outside of legal experience, he has worked within the compliance division of a major bank in Western New York, and helped tutor high school and college students preparing for the PSAT, SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, and LSAT standardized tests.

Raghavan works often with entrepreneurs, startups, and small-to-medium sized businesses looking to establish or expand U.S. operations, helping founders and business owners navigate the complex immigration landscape to accomplish their goals. 

As a Partner at the firm, Raghavan enjoys mediating debates between the Senior Partners (Michael and Rita), gracefully accepting Michael’s (frequent) concessions that Raghavan or Rita are correct, and reluctantly admitting that Michael was right whenever that (infrequently) happens.
