Lindsay Himmelman

Lindsay has more than 10 years of experience in immigration law, working with individuals, families, and employers on a wide range of immigration matters. Her experience includes family-based and employment-based petitions and green card applications, naturalization, consular processing, TN, H-1B, L-1A and L-1B visas, PERM labor certifications, and E-1 and E-2 visas. She also has extensive experience with Canadian Rehabilitation applications, giving her additional insight into complex immigration and inadmissibility matters.

Prior to joining Serotte Immigration Partners in October 2026, Lindsay spent over seven years at another local immigration law firm, where she served as Paralegal Manager. In addition to managing immigration cases, she trained and supported other paralegals, helping maintain organized workflows and consistent case management. Her experience in both casework and team leadership has shaped her practical, detail-oriented approach and her understanding of the importance of keeping clients informed throughout the immigration process.

Outside of work, Lindsay spends most of her time with her husband and two daughters. She’s a big Buffalo sports fan and enjoys reading, thrift shopping, cooking, going to concerts, and getting together with family and friends.. A black belt in Taekwondo, Lindsay also enjoys trivia and the occasional opportunity for some friendly competition.
