Brenna Scanlon

Brenna brings more than 15 years of immigration law experience and a deep commitment to guiding families and businesses through complex immigration matters, combining leadership, technical insight, and truly high-touch client experience. She joined Serotte Immigration Partners in 2018 and has since become a cornerstone of the firm’s business and family immigration practice.

Brenna’s deep knowledge in business immigration allows her to support a wide range of corporate and individual needs with confidence and precision. Her experience includes preparing filings such as H-1B, H-1B1, E-1/E-2, E-3, I-140, L-1A, Adjustment of Status, I-130/IVP, Naturalization, I-90, nonimmigrant visa applications, and related matters.

She also coordinates submissions to USCIS, CBP, and the Department of State, ensuring that each filing is thoroughly prepared, compliant, and timely. This combination of technical expertise and operational oversight helps clients navigate fast-changing business needs and complex regulatory frameworks with greater confidence.

Outside of work, Brenna enjoys traveling, hiking, staying active, and reading. She especially values quality time with her family and can often be found cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
