Alexis Tedesco

Paralegal

Overview

Alexis joined Serotte Immigration Partners in June 2026, bringing a unique blend of immigration law experience and mental health expertise to the firm's employment-based immigration practice.

Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College. Prior to joining Serotte Immigration Partners, Alexis spent over five years as an immigration paralegal focusing on primarily employment-based matters, including PERM labor certifications, H-1B visas, and TN visas. Alexis then spent 16 years working in the mental health field before returning to immigration law, bringing valuable transferable skills — including active listening, empathy, and a client-centered approach — that enhance the ability to support and advocate for immigrant clients.

At Serotte Immigration Partners, Alexis focuses on PERM cases and other employment and family based immigration matters, with a particular interest in legal research, writing, complex legal issues, and recruitment tracking for PERM applications.

Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys reading, spending time with dogs, practicing yoga, camping, traveling, visiting museums, and spending time with friends and family.
